"Amanda is the real deal! When another local agent abruptly retired, we were switched over to Carlos' team without our knowledge. Amanda assured me this was not a scam, proceeded to call up my insurance items and helped me with a claim that was in the beginning stages that had been in limbo. "Had a very good experience switching from my old insurance that was over charging me by almost 100 dollars. Elvin Diaz was very helpful in setting up my 2 vehicles at first and explaining the different policy for my needs.
